Accounts

Bills, payments, and the books in the same workspace.

Vendor, customer, and employee accounts stay with the company that sold the work. Bills, payments, and GST reporting are permissioned on their own.

Accounts

The accounts list holds vendor, customer, and employee accounts. Categories group the books. The accounts dashboard opens the areas that role is allowed to use.

Bills and payments

Bills, payments, and payment accounts record what is owed and what was paid. Bank settlements record the matching bank movement in the same workspace.

Entries and GST

Account entries are the line-level record. GST reporting includes GSTR-2B, with its own permission, next to the rest of the accounts workspace.

Accounting reports

Accounting reports read the same accounts, bills, payments, and entries. A person who can see bills is not automatically the person who can see payment accounts or GST.

Money stays with the company

Commerce records the sale. Accounts records who is owed, what was paid, and how it is reported.

  1. 01

    Keep the accounts

Vendors, customers, and employees are accounts on the company.

  2. 02

    Record the money

Bills, payments, payment accounts, and bank settlements follow those accounts.

  3. 03

    Report from the same books

Entries, GSTR-2B, and accounting reports use that record.

See bills and payments next to the orders that created them.
