This policy covers the Nexreon marketing website. It does not cover data inside the Nexreon application, which is governed by the agreement for your workspace.
What this site stores
If you submit the demo form, we store your name, work email, company, team size, the product area you selected, and the message you wrote. The record is kept in this website’s private admin so the team can reply. A copy is also emailed to the site administrator when outbound mail is configured.
The form sets a short-lived rate-limit marker for your IP address so the form cannot be submitted endlessly. That marker expires within an hour.
What this site does not ask for
The demo form does not ask for passwords, payment cards, or employee records. Do not put secrets in the message field.
Cookies
WordPress may set cookies if you sign in to administer this website. Browsing the public pages does not require an account. If a comment or embedded service is added later, this page will be updated.
How long we keep a request
Demo requests stay until the team deletes them. You can ask for a request to be deleted by replying to the address that contacts you, or by writing to the email shown in the site admin.
The product is separate
Signing in to the Nexreon workspace happens on the application, not on this marketing site. Company data, messages, and employee records there follow that product’s access controls and your customer agreement.
