Jobs

Openings and candidates in the company workspace.

Publish roles, take resumes, and review candidates on the same company record as the rest of the work. A public careers page lists the openings. Hiring is separate from the scheduler jobs that run in the background.

Openings

Each role has a title, a public slug, a location, and a type: interns, freshers, or experienced. Categories, an experience range, a description, responsibilities, requirements, benefits, mandatory skills, and a maximum salary sit on the same record. An opening is active or inactive, with an owner and notification emails.

Candidates

Applications land as candidates: name, contact, the role they applied for, education, expected salary, and a resume. The team sets a status, an owner, an interview time, and a due date.

Public careers page

Active openings are listed at a public careers page. Each role has its own page, and the apply form follows that role. The form can ask for name, email, phone, resume, address, education, and salary, and those fields are chosen per opening.

Categories, imports, and resume intake

Categories group the openings. Imports bring roles in together. Post Resume takes a resume into the candidate list without waiting for the public form. Job settings cover educational qualifications and templates.

How a role gets filled

The jobs workspace is permissioned on its own. A person who can see openings is not automatically the person who can add a candidate.
