People

Attendance, pay, and the people record in one workspace.

Users, experts, time, salaries, locations, and visitors stay on the company record. Each area is permissioned on its own. The mobile app covers the same daily work for teams away from a desk.

Attendance and shifts

Attendance and timesheets sit next to shifts. A shift has a start and end, a check-in window, a grace period, and the users assigned to it. Holidays are set in company settings. Reports cover attendance, an attendance summary, late check-in, and failed photo verification.

Pay and targets

Salaries, bonuses, fines, and reimbursements are separate lists, each with its own permission. Targets sit beside them, including the shift a target belongs to. Fine reports are part of the people reports.

Locations, visitors, and access

Locations, location allocation, and user location say where people work. Visitors and gate passes cover who comes through the door. Devices are listed for the people who carry them.

Users, experts, and records

Users and experts are the people on the company. Contacts, documents, activities, trainings, ratings, and the call register stay with them. Company messages, phone messages, and quick messages are in this workspace. Fraud activity is tracked on its own list. Custom people reports can be added beside the built-in ones.

One people record

A person who can see attendance is not automatically the person who can see salaries or add a visitor. The people dashboard opens the areas that role is allowed to use.
