Your Data Belongs to You
Everything you put into Nexreon is yours. We never sell your data, share it with advertisers, or use it to train AI models for other companies. You own it — we just store and protect it for you, in compliance with Indian data protection laws including the IT Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

What Information We Collect
We only collect what's necessary to run your account and provide our services. Here's exactly what we collect:
Account Information
- • Name and email address
- • Company name and GST number (if applicable)
- • Billing address and phone number
- • Password (encrypted, never readable)
Platform Data
- • Information you add (staff, sales, inventory)
- • Login activity and usage patterns
- • Files and documents you upload
📌 We do NOT collect: biometric templates (they stay on your devices), UPI PINs, payment card details (handled by RBI-compliant payment gateways), or Aadhaar numbers.
How We Keep Your Data Safe
Your data is protected by multiple layers of security, following Indian government guidelines for data protection:
Encryption Everywhere
Data is encrypted both in transit and at rest. We use industry-standard 256-bit encryption — the same used by Indian banks.
Indian Data Storage
Your data is stored on servers within India, complying with RBI and MeitY guidelines for data localization.
Regular Security Audits
We conduct regular security audits and penetration testing to ensure your data stays protected.
Your Rights Under Indian Law
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDP Act) 2023, you have specific rights over your data:
Right to Access
Request a copy of all your data in a portable format.
Right to Correction
Fix any inaccurate information in your account.
Right to Erasure
Request deletion of your data when no longer needed.
Right to Grievance Redressal
Complaints about data handling must be resolved within 30 days.

When We Share Your Data
We never sell your data. Here are the only situations where we share information:
Payment Processors
RBI-compliant payment gateways handle transactions. We never see your full card details or UPI PIN.
Cloud Infrastructure
AWS India hosts our servers. They provide infrastructure but cannot access your data.
Legal Requirements
Only if required by Indian courts or law enforcement. We'll notify you unless legally prohibited.
We never share data with advertisers, marketers, or third-party AI companies.
How Long We Keep Your Data
We keep your data as long as your account is active. When you close your account:
- We delete all your data within 30 days of account closure
- Backups are retained for 90 days, then permanently deleted
- You can request immediate deletion — email us anytime
- Some data may be retained for legal or tax purposes as required by Indian law

Children's Privacy
Nexreon is not intended for children under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it immediately.

If we make material changes to this policy, we'll notify you by:
- Email (sent to the address on your account)
- A notice in the product dashboard
- Updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page
