These are the ground rules for using Nexreon. We've written them as clearly as possible so you know exactly what to expect from us — and what we expect from you.

01. Agreeing to These Terms

By creating an account or using any part of Nexreon — including the CRM, payroll, reports, or any other feature — you agree to follow these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the platform.

02. Your Account

When we give you access to Nexreon, that access is for your business only. You're not allowed to copy, resell, or share your account with people outside your organisation. Keep your login details private and don't try to break into parts of the system you're not supposed to access.

03. Uptime & Reliability

We work very hard to keep Nexreon running smoothly — and we aim for 99.99% uptime. But like all software, there may occasionally be brief periods of maintenance or unexpected downtime. We'll always let you know in advance when possible.

04. Closing Your Account

If you break these terms, we may need to pause or close your account. If that ever happens, we'll give you a full copy of your data so you don't lose anything. You can also choose to close your account yourself at any time — just contact us.

05. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time as the platform grows. If anything important changes, we'll let you know by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use Nexreon after that means you're okay with the new terms.
